West Bank and Gaza- April 2018
In April 2018, Lotti, as leading firm of a JV with Ai Engeenering, has completed the Design, Tender Documents and Assistance during Tendering of water supply and distribution system in Gaza strip.
This assignment has been accomplished under the service contract awarded from the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA), in the framework of the Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) for the Associated Works to Gaza Central Desalination Plant (GCDP) – WB (IDA) financing.
Salerno- February 15th 2018
On February 15th 2018, the Contract for Final Design, Detailed Design and Safety Coordinator during Design Phase of the coastal defence, requalification and enhancement works from S.Teresa beach to Masuccio Salernitano tourist marina in the municipality of Salerno has been signed.
The works include coastal defence works and widening of the beach for touristic purposes. Lotti Ingegneria S.p.A. will carry out the project as part of JV with Arch Monica Giannattasio and Ing Franco Guiducci lead by Tethis SpA.
Rwanda- Aprile 2018
On 29th of March 2018, Lotti Ingegneria has signed the Contract with WASAC (Water and Sanitation Corporation) for the Development of the National Integrated Water Supply and Sanitation Master Plans.
Project activities will start on 12th of April 2018 and the duration of the assignment is 12 months. The Project is financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB).
Ukraine- October 2017
On 12th of October, Lotti Ingegneria has commenced the project activities for the Consultancy Services on preparing a feasibility study for development of public roads along the route Lviv - Ternopil - Khmelnitsky - Vinnytsia - Uman - Kropyvnytskyi - Mykolaiv-Kherson by the State Road Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor).
The duration of the assignment is 24 months. The Project is financed by the World Bank.
Calabria,Italy- March 2017
In March 2017 Lotti, as leading firm of JV with contractors, has been awarded the following contracts from Regional government of Calabria, in particular:
- Rehabilitation of Reggio Calabria city Water distribution Network, Lotti leader in JV with S.I.L.E.M. srl and Arcan srl;
- Rehabilitation of Cosenza city Water distribution Network, Lotti leader in JV with S.I.L.E.M. srl and Scutieri costruzioni srl
for a total duration of 18 months. The starting date was 25th May.
Cagliari,Italy- February 2017
In February 2017, Lotti Ingegneria, lead company of the joint venture established with Consorzio Leonardo and CGM, was awarded the contract for the preliminary and final design and safety coordination during the design phase for the project “Reorganisation of the drinking water supply in the Greater Cagliari Area” in Sardinia. Consorzio Leonardo will participate with the respective companies Tecnolav S.r.l. (Cagliari) and Ingegneri Riuniti S.p.a. (Modena).
Djibouti- April 2017
Lotti Ingegneria has been awarded the Contract for the Technical Assistance for conducting studies in peri-urban and rural areas, training, and technical and financial monitoring of the 'SHARE EAU' project, financed by the European Development Fund.
Rome (Italy)- January 2017
In September 2016 Lotti Ingegneria S.p.A. has been awarded an open three-year contract for engineering services concerning the Preliminary, Detailed and Final Design, of the railway site of the Territorial Directorate of Reggio Calabria.

On October 4th, 2016 the design proposal by Lotti, as leading firm of a JV with Bucci and Partners asrl (Paris) and HDA HUGH DUTTON ASSOCIES (London), has been shortlisted as one of the 10 best design proposal for the “Reinventa Cavalcavia” International Competition, aimed at the realization of a concept of a new type of bridge, to be replicated on ANAS network of roads and motorways.
Albania- April 2016
Lotti Ingegneria has been awarded the Contract for the Durrës Water Supply Network Optimization by the General Directorate of Water Supply and Sanitation. The Project is financed by the World Bank.
The objective of the assignment is to define a set of interventions on Durrës WS network to achieve an overall improvement of service quality.

In December 2015 Lotti, as leading firm of a JV with another Italian firm, has been awarded the following service contracts from the Palestinian Water Authority, in the framework of the Project Implementation Consultant (PIC) for the Associated Works to Gaza Desalination Plant – WB (IDA) financing: Design, Tender Documents and Assistance during Tendering of water supply and distribution system in Gaza strip, for a duration of 18 months, and Construction Supervision of the above mentioned works, for a duration of 36 months.
Rome (Italy)- July 7th 2015
On July 7th 2015, the Contract of final and detailed design of 14th Pavilion of the Ex-Bonomo Military Hospital restoration has been signed.
The project consists in the restoration and in the change of the functions of this building located in Bari. It will be converted from an hospital to an office building.

Lotti Ingegneria has been charged by Aguas de San Pedro - the services utility managing the water supply and sewage system of San Pedro Sula - to carry out Preliminary Design of the sewerage network and 3 WWTPs of San Pedro Sula, designed for over 1 million P.E. in total.

Lotti Ingegneria has been charged by Aguas de San Pedro - the services utility managing the water supply and sewage system of San Pedro Sula - to carry out Final Design of the two Water Treatment Plants of El Roble and Calpules to purify well water.
The total capacity of these WTPs will be more than 200 l/s.

Armenia- May, 2014
Lotti Ingegneria has been awarded by the European Investment Bank (EIB) with the Technical Assistance operation for “Feasibility Study, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Detailed Engineering Design” of the rehabilitation of M6 road in Armenia from the city of Alaverdi to Georgian border.
The existing two-lane paved road from Vanadzor to the Georgian border, passing through Alaverdi, is situated along the valley of the Debed river. The total length of the road section is about 92 km.
Chipata (Zambia)- March, 2014
After the contractor’s mobilization, on last March 17,2014 our team finally entered the project office in the camp site around 60 km from Chipata.
The Great East Road represents the only highway link between the Zambia Capital Lusaka and the Eastern Province of Zambia. It is also the major transport link between Zambia and Malawi and between Zambia and northern Mozambique and therefore it plays a key role in the Zambia National Transport Policy since it’s part of the Core Road Network and of the regional transport infrastructure.

In November 2013, EPMAPS, the public services utility managing the water supply and sewage system of Quito, has awarded to Lotti Ingegneria the Contract for the Supervision of Final Design of the 440M USD Vindobona Project
The Contract has been signed in December 2013 and the consulting services have started in January 2014.
Tunis (Tunisia)- December 2nd, 2013
On Monday, December 2nd the Council of Ministers of Tunisia has approved the Preliminary Design of the last 20 km section of the “Rocade” (by-pass) of Greater Tunis, crossing the territory of the Ariana District, therefore confirming the conclusions of the Steering Committee held on 9th October 2013.

In November 2013, the Contract for construction works of Quitumbe waste water treatment plant has been signed.
The detailed design – which also includes main sewers - has been completed on July 2013 by Lotti Ingegneria in collaboration with ACS International and Beglar Ingegneria.

The detailed design for the NR 534 upgrading, starting from the junction of Firmo on the new A3 to the new junction of Sibari between the NR 534 and NR 106, was approved by ANAS SpA on October 28th, 2013.
